Cooling system flush in Čadca
We machine-flush the engine cooling system and refill it with the correct coolant – G11, G12, G12+, G12 evo and G13. A flush is needed for example after an oil cooler or cylinder head failure, when coolant mixes with oil, or when the system is clogged with debris.

When a flush is needed

Oil and debris in the cooling system reduce cooling, clog the radiator and heater and can destroy new parts. Simply changing the coolant does not remove them.

After flushing we refill the system with the coolant specified by the manufacturer and bleed it properly.
How it works
We drain the old coolant and machine-flush the system with flushing fluid that removes oil, deposits and debris. Then we rinse the system, refill it with new coolant, bleed it and check for leaks and correct cooling.

FAQ
Why is changing the coolant not enough?
A normal coolant change leaves oil, sludge and deposits in the system. A flush removes them so new parts and coolant stay clean.
Is coolant mixed with oil always a head gasket failure?
Not always. A leaking oil cooler is a frequent cause. That is why we start with diagnostics before the flush.
Which coolants do you use?
